Although I’m a sophomore, most, of not all of the freshman on campus live in similar styled dorms. Freashman mainly live in the Neatherlands, but they can live practically anywhere on campus
Harvard is home to the largest private library in the world. So big that you could run over two marathons in it if you tried, not recommended. The memorial church is the center of where graduation will take place four years later. Every spring they bring in extremely famous people like Mark Zuckerberg and Joe Biden to present and meet the students.
Don't be stressed! College campuses know what type of students they think will thrive at their school. Research your colleges. Sung applied to 33 colleges far more than recommended. Aim for 8-12 and once you send your application stop worrying and just wait and see what happens.

Join me as I move into my freshmen dorm at Harvard College! I'm living in Weld Hall (best hall), which is right next to Widener Library, with four roommates. Weld Hall consists of 5-6 person suites and gender-inclusive housing; some students enjoy the luxury of in-suite bathrooms. Weld has a kitchen, vending machines (snacks and supplies), laundry machines, and is home to Yard Operations and Dorm Crew :)
Winthrop House was most recently renovated which is where JFK lived. Elliott house is an older building right next to where Mark Zuckerberg lived while at Harvard. The grill is a late night snack bar that serves all the junk food you can imagine.
A typical night at Harvard can go many ways. There is a party scene at Harvard but for Kevin, he finds it very fun to just chill out with friends and relax. The food is considered to be pretty good, breakfast is the best out of all the meals. Work is hard but Kevin still enjoys the work because it is applicable and pertains to what he wants to do with his life.
Most college campuses go crazy over their squirrels...Harvard takes it to the next level with TURKEYS! Of course, we have our squirrels too. All of the animals appear to be fearless.
Grab your best bud and head to Starbucks for the best coffee and frappuccinos. Startbucks is open till 12 am, so on the weekends when the library closes at 10pm you can come to starbucks and work there.
Harvard has the most D1 athletic teams in the country! Most of the teams and games do not get the biggest turnout, but the Harvard Yale game is always the biggest sporting event of the year! Alumni from all class years make their way to campus for it when it's hosted by Harvard (and even when it's at Yale's campus!).
It is common for both students and faculty to take advantage of The Yard's beautiful, spacious landscape. You'll often see professors relocate their classes outside on nice days, and the school stocks the space with chairs to facilitate gatherings.
Quad Fest is a huge event where people come together and watch performances and participate in events. A great place to relax as it is completely surrounded by Harvard buildings. Food trucks are huge at Harvard's quad campus. Stop by these food trucks for great new and tasty treats to spruce up your day.
Ester is Sung's entryway. She chose Harvard because of the diverse academic environment that is available as well as the financial aid. A typical Friday night for Ester envolves meetings for clubs, dinner, Christian fellowship meeting and many other activities. Food at Harvard is amazing. Annenberg is the most popular for the freshman on campus.
This is the Houghton Library and Lamont Library. Whether you have a late night project or a huge paper due these are the places that you want to be. Open 24/7 including a cafe these places are great for getting work done.
Harvard's bus stops are marked with special crimson, red and white signs. If you ride a bike around campus, you can also load it onto a shuttle if it's late at night or you find yourself in inclement weather!
