The town of Middlebury, while small, definitely has some beautiful spots worth checking out. Here, Tori shows you the historic downtown on the bridge over the waterfall.
Pepperdine has a dry campus. This means that no alcohol is allowed, even if you are of legal drinking age. Most of our students like to find other fun things to do, like intramural sports, watching movies, or exploring LA!
This is the lawn in front of Academic Row and the bell tower. Victor's lament, the big red statue, is also located here. Lots of students hang out on the lawn on nice days, playing frisbee and swinging in hammocks. Lots of orientation activities also take place here including a candlelight welcoming ceremony.
In this video Renee gives a tour on their dorm suite rooms which has with 4 persons and has individual rooms. There is a double room which is a bigger size room but they share with another person, usually freshmen got a doubles so that they knew somebody like they are living in actual room.
Meet Tori, a sophomore at Middlebury who can't wait to show you all the things that make Midd so special.
Maria gives a tour of her own residential college, Martel. If you google the words "best college ever", Martel actually comes up!

Samford University (SU)

Welcome to Samford University! My name is Bethany and I am a freshman from Belmont, NC studying Chemistry. It is important to note that Samford University is a Christian University, so convocations and open prayer are apart of campus life. However, Samford is very inclusive and everyone is encouraged to be themselves here. Samford does have Greek life and many traditions, such as Step Sing that I will explain later on, so I hope you will stick around to hear more about it!
Learn all about Pepperdine Housing! Freshman and Sophomores live on campus, but this video is specifically about freshman housing. Look for Erin's video on International Programs to learn more about Sophomores!
Pepperdine has people of diverse backgrounds. We are affiliated with the Church of Christ, but you do not have to be affiliated with that denomination to attend. You do not have to be Christian at all! Pepperdine welcomes people of all faith backgrounds, nationalities, genders, races, etc. Whoever you are, we'd love to see you apply!

I'm going to show you some of my friend's rooms. First up is Will, who has a single and then a shared bathroom with another single. Next is Lauren and Sarah who have a double in another building but they also share a bathroom.
Maria lives in a suite at Martel College with 5 other girls. She takes us inside her room to see what some of the dorms at Rice look like.
