University of Washington-Seattle Campus (UW)

Now that we have a second to hang out with Charlotte, let's get to know her and how she feels about UW!
Join Carson on a sunny walk through the Quad.
Located in Lander in West Campus is the handy Lander Desk. This is where students come to pick up packages and get a replacement key if they get locked out of their room!
Here's a little about things you can do at UW to keep yourself safe! Our campus is so big and is open to the public so it can get a bit sketchy at certain parts of the night. UW police has a great resource called Night Walk where they will send someone to walk with you back to your dorm or house. You can also register your electronics with UWPD in case you lose them or they get stolen and they will find it for you using the serial number.
Night life at UW is what you make of it and what you're interested in! So far, there hasn't been much to do in the dorms as far as organized events, but you can always have friends over in the dorm rooms! In greek life, there's always people going out, as well as greek people who stay in. University Village and the ave are usually filled with UW students grabbing food or ice cream late at night.
As a husky, you will have access not only to the gym, but outdoor tennis courts as well.
Welcome to a campus gem...Suzzallo Library! It's nicknamed the Harry Potter library for obvious reasons. It's the perfect place to go for absolute silence to concentrate on studying. There's also tables and a Starbucks outside of the quiet study area for getting coffee and working with friends! I love going to Suz to concentrate and admire the beautiful room! The only downside is that there is usually people taking pictures of the library while you're in there studying. It's also located in Red Square!
This is a video of Martin Stadium, where all of our football games occur, as well as a sneak peak into a typical game from the student section.
This is a tour of the Einsteins Bros Bagels and the Northside Market located in the ground floor of Global Scholars Residence Hall.
Paccar Hall is the main building for business majors! UW's foster school of business is very highly ranked and competitive to get into! I recently realized my interest in business so I will be applying to foster's at the end of my sophomore year most likely! There's a library, classrooms, study area, cafe, and more here in Paccar! Anyone can go into Paccar to study or hang out and it's on north campus, close to greek row!
Carson will show you one of her favorite spots to hang out in south campus
Grab a bite to eat at the Husky Union Building (HUB). There are a bunch of cuisines to choose from, including: Hawaiian, Caribbean, Mexican, and Chinese.
See what a typical lecture hall looks like as Carson goes to her lecture, which is inside the largest lecture hall on campus
Center Table is the dining hall that is right next to my dorm so I go there every time I want to use my meal card! It has a good variety of options and it's brand new. Some of my favorite options are the sandwich place (similar to Subway style), the Asian noodle place, the Latin place (serves healthy bowls Chipolte style), and the Pagliacci (pizza of course)! The Center Table is brand new and doesn't have a street view available yet so the Huskey Union Building is also a good place to get food in a dining hall with your meal card and has similar options!
Roll up to the Husky Union Building (HUB) and get a scoop of ice cream from Glacies! They have a bunch of seasonal flavors and special sundaes.
