Um For me I know that uh high school can be a hard time for a lot of people as far as like fitting in and finding yourself. Um My best advice would be defined what makes you tick. So finding things that you enjoy, finding things out about yourself. So it kind of exploring a broad range of of just like things to do and even like personal development, I don't know. Um as far as like faith, religion, spirituality, whatever you have that helps you get centered um just because it's so hard to to just kind of find your place in high school. So just finding something outside of the school outside of you and your friend group, like friend group is so important, but finding something outside of that that grounds you, it will be very important.
