A my name Shayla, and I'm here to tell you a little bit more about Portland State University. Currently, I'm sitting on top of the rec center where I just realized there's an orientation happening right behind me. A lot of people are able to commune in their street car that goes right through campus. That's what I did for the first year before I moved on campus. I'LL talk about the dorms little bit more a little later. So if you want to know a little bit more about me like I said, I'm Shayla. I am a sonic arts and music production major, also known as Sam. I am a business minor, and I'm doing a little bit of opera just for fun. I'm a Portland native, and I like staying in the area, but also I'm here because of the four years free program, which is this scholarship that is given to people that are hell Grant eligible and have a couple different. We're basically you get twelve credits, a term covered. How is this? It's fifteen credits term covered for twelve semester. As long as they don't take summer classes, I got most of my classes covered through the entire time about college as long as I get out here in four years. They also have this program that's about like transfers finishing free. So if you're looking for a place to transfer, it's also totally valid option. It's a lot of people that I wouldn't have met otherwise. It's definitely been a good experience for me, and I'm super happy to tell you more about it like, is that I'm on top of the rec center. Uh, I'm gonna head downstairs and give you a little bit of a tour.
