I think people tend to really just crap on Ari's a lot because we're the public figure of housing and people have a lot of just personal injuries. Yeah, we're the lowest level employees, essentially, and we're just trying to make it work with what we've got. A lot of this, just promoting friendships and helping people get to know each other at the start of the year. Towards the end of you, you're not really doing much. It's helping people when they first moved in, feel comfortable and get to know the people around them and delicate environment where people are comfortable with getting to know each other talking. You have been our ease, but because everyone on the floor is incredibly different, like my floor, way different from Jill's floor, and I adopted what they needed and what I could give them, depending on what they thought, what they wanted. I know my position in housing I felt like was one of the greatest learning experiences of my life. Can you give some examples? I am so much better at talking to people a bunch of people. When I feel like I hide some boundaries crossed, I'm really good at speaking up about my needs and I didn't have for And I really value that now. Yeah, I feel like I've learned a lot of skills are being exported. Be a good listener because a lot of my job, there's a lot of problems. You come to you and you're like, I literally can't do anything help you. You know that you released that someone is there to support you, even if there's nothing they truly do to change the situation. And what is something you would tell them to be wary of? I for all of my life jokes and other things, I really do think that living in housing worth it. I think that being especially his impression, no being on campus and getting to know lots of people and just the availability of professors and other resource is is really helpful. Once you have that kind of system and you're more used to it, it's different serving the campus, especially freshman here. It's really nice to get to know people be able to be around people who are. It really looks good on you and it helps the situation. Most of the Rays are really, really good people who got the job and applied for a really, really tough position because they actually wanted to help. You know, freshman students like you might be someday assimilate, build community, etcetera, etcetera. A lot of them know what it's like not to have that or know what it's like to have that and are you just be really, really good Resource is and really support of humans to have around, you know, it's really good. At the same time, I found some of my IRAs, and some of the areas that I worked with when I worked for housing were some of the most judgmental, frankly, just mean people that I've ever met, and that could be really destructive, especially on like a freshman who's trying to learn new. There's a lot of people that work higher up for the office. So I just cut out the part where I was going to name a bunch of people.
