Applicant must Reside in one of the following California counties: San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Monterey, San Benito, Merced, Stanislaus, Alameda, San Joaquin, Contra Costa, Solano, Yolo, Napa, Sonoma, or Marin. Essay describing unique community service activities and letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, charity director, or person familiar with your community service are required.
