Applicant must be a graduating senior from Rising Sun High School who participated in band and will pursue post-secondary education in the field of music. Minimum 2.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be an entering student in the top half of his/her graduating class with a minimum combined SAT score of 1400 (composite ACT score of 22).

Applicants must display academic potential and/or financial need.

Applicant must be an active member of Tau Kappa Epsilon who demonstrates outstanding leadership. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
