In search of current students at The University of Alabama to join the Hey Girl Run College Ambassador team!

We are looking for girls who love being active and are interested in bringing Hey Girl Run to The University of Alabama. Our goal at Hey Girl Run is to make running more fun and approachable while building an incredible community of girls and student runners all around the world.

Our college ambassadors are current students that love having fun, being active and meeting new people. And are leaders, organizers, community builders and connectors.

College Ambassador Expectations:

• Once selected, Hey Girl Run will provide all the resources needed for you to successfully lead weekly 30 minute Monday night runs. These will be based on The University of Alabama’s calendar schedule with holidays off.
• As the college ambassador, you will be responsible for finding an accommodating meeting spot, determining a safe course to run and submitting weekly pictures/updates of the run.
• You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment that encourages girls and students at The University of Alabama of all fitness levels to attend – including runners, walkers and joggers.
• Along with weekly runs, you will be responsible for promoting, inviting and spreading the word to other girls on campus to join. The more girls you have, the more fun it will be sweating together and making new friends.

Perks:

• Hey Girl Run gear and activewear from Girlfriend Collective.
• $25/week for every run hosted plus $1 for every girl who attends each run. The more girls who attend, the more you could make :)

***If you travel often, are overwhelmed with class work or struggle to commit to plans – becoming an ambassador may not be the best fit.
