Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Knox County high school who plans to attend an Indiana college or university and either demonstrates interest or will major in english or history.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Tell City or Perry Central High School pursuing post-secondary education at an Indiana institution of higher learning. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.
