Applicants must be first-time freshmen at Waynesburg University with a 3.0 grade point average in high school. Students must participate in the university's art, music or theatre programs.

Priority is given to applicant who holds an A.A. degree from Chipola Junior College, Gulf Coast Community College, Okaloosa-Walton Commuity College, or Pensacola Junior College.
