Applicants must be Louisiana residents who are juniors or seniors at a CCE-accredited chiropractic college located in Louisiana. They must have a GPA of 2.75 or higher and must intend to work in Louisiana after graduation. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.

Applicants must be full-time students enrolled in a doctorate of chiropractic program at an accredited U.S. institution and hold a minimum 2.7 GPA. Students must provide two recommendations along with their application.

Applicant must be beginning or already enrolled in an approved degree-bearing program of study in New York State that leads to licensure in a particular profession. Purpose of award is to increase representation of minority and disadvantaged individuals in New York State licensed professions.

Applicant must be a female student in the Doctor of Chiropractic program on the Davenport campus. Financial need must be demonstrated. Preference given to those in fourth trimester or above.

Applicant must be a student in the Chiropractic Technologist program on the Davenport campus who is enrolled full-time. Preference given to single parents or married with children.
