Applicant must be a Blackford High School student who plans to pursue a four-year degree in elementary education.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from New Castle High School who will attend an accredited four-year college or university. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Columbus North High School who plans to attend an accredited college or university as a full-time student studying elementary education.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Palm Beach or Martin County, FL high school who will major in education. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Selection is based upon academic ability, leadership, and service involvement.

Applicant must demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, and financial aid.

Applicant must be a resident of Phelps County, NE who graduate from a Phelps County, NE high school and is pursuing a degree in elementary education full-time. Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA required.
