Applicant must be a graduating high school senior or community college student in Ventura County with a 3.0 GPA, who is intending to enroll for a degree in education, health-related studies, or social services at an accredited college, university, or vocational school.

Applicant should rank in top two-tenths of class, have a minimum composite ACT score of 26 (combined SAT I score of 1050), and have leadership ability. Selection is based upon academic qualifications. Financial need is considered.

Applicant should rank in top 5% of class, have a composite ACT score of 28-36 (combined SAT I score of 1150-1400), and have leadership ability. Selection is based upon academic qualifications.
