Applicant must be a college junior or senior at Franklin College who is majoring in journalism full-time and graduated from an Indiana high school. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior of a Chelan, Douglas, or Okanogan County high school who plans to major in journalism or music. Financial need and potential/scholastic ability required to be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Adams Central High School who will pursue post-secondary education in the field of education or journalism.
