Applicants must be residents of Yuma county, Arizona and enrolled in the Northern Arizona University/Yuma partnership program. Students must be majoring in nursing with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Applicant must be a Maine resident who has been accepted in an accredited B.S.N. or M.S.N. nursing program.

Applicant must be a graduate of a high school in Indiana who is attending or will attend a college or university in Indiana and majoring in dietetics, nursing, or technology education.

Applicant must be beginning or already enrolled in an approved degree-bearing program of study in New York State that leads to licensure in a particular profession. Purpose of award is to increase representation of minority and disadvantaged individuals in New York State licensed professions.

Applicant must be a student who is enrolled or accepted into a dentist, dental hygienist, certified nurse practitioner, certified nurse midwife, clinical nurse specialists, or physician assistant program.
