Applicant must be a senior who has a minimum 3.0 GPA and who has demonstrated the finest qualities of leadership through participation in campus organizations and has rendered service of significant benefit to the campus community.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and must ne interested in a medical profession.

Applicant must be a high school senior who resides in Amherst or Mont Vernon, New Hampshire and will be pursuing a degree in medicine/health care. Official transcript and essay between 250 and 500 words required. Selection based on financial need, clear goals, essay, interview, and GPA.

Applicant must be entering or currently enrolled in medical school. Transcript, proof of enrollment, and essay required. Resume is optional.

Applicants must be enrolled or accepted into allopathic or osteopathic medical schools, family nurse practitioner programs, nurse-midwifery programs, physician assistant programs or dental school. Upon completion of training, scholars must choose practice sites in federally designated health professional shortage areas for one year for each year of support received.

Applicant should rank in top 5% of class, have a composite ACT score of 28-36 (combined SAT I score of 1150-1400), have leadership ability, and be planning a career in medicine. Selection is based upon academic qualifications.

Applicant must be a full-time student with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Applicant must have been accepted into medical school (either osteopathic or allopathic). Students in six-year programs will be considered in year three and above. FAFSA, Student Aid Report, and tax returns are required.

Applicant must be a graduate of a Ventura County high school, be a single parent, and plan to major in nursing, medical or education fields.

Applicant must be a resident of Douglas County and a graduate of a Douglas County high school who will pursue a degree in medical technology, medicine, nursing, occupational therapy or public health at a public college or university in Oregon. FAFSA required.

Applicant must be a past or current resident of Bartholomew or Brown County who are entering medical school as freshman or are upperclassmen at an American Medical Association approved medical school in the U.S and resided in Bartholomew or Brown County during their senior year of high school.

Applicant must be a resident of Adirondack Park, Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton or St. Lawrence, NY who has been accepted by an accredited medical school.

Applicant must be enrolled at Franklin College. Preference given to a first-year natural sciences major who will attend medical school and demonstrates financial need.
