Applicant must be a graduating senior from Wooster High School who participated in athletics. Financial need and minimum 2.75 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Jupiter High School who is active in competitive sports.

Applicant must be a graduating senior or a graduate of a public high school in Henderson County who has participated in at least one interscholastic high school sport. Minimum 2.0 GPA and financial need are required.

Applicants must be high school seniors, have a minimum GPA of 3.2 and participate in a WIAA high school sport or activity during the current school year. Applicants must also be dairy consumers. Selection will be based on academic achievement, leadership and community service.

Applicant must have earned the varsity letter 'O' as a student athlete, and have completed his or her intercollegiate eligibility. Applicant must be nominated by the Athletic Director. Preference given to student athletes, but if there are no qualified candidates, other engineering students may be considered.

Applicant must pursue a career as a strength and conditioning coach, be a member of NSCA for at least one year, be in good standing at institution, and working as a strength and conditioning coach in the school's athletic department.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Lawrenceburg High School who will attend a two- or four-year college or university full-time, has demonstrated academic excellence with a class rank in the top 10%, participated in at least two school sponsored athletic teams and demonstrates leadership and community service.
