Applicants must be current ODS High School Dressage team members, have been members for at least two years and have been accepted to a college or university. Selection is based on experience as a leader and role model, community service, academic achievements, a personal essay and the letters of reference.

Applicant must be a Ukiah High School senior who plans to attend a vocational school, community college, or four-year college/university. Selection based upon sense of humor and love of family, for their participation in organized sports throughout high school, and for prior academic performance. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Students must earn a Sportsmanship Award at a local, regional or zone IEA competition during the school year and maintain a 3.0 GPA. Selection is based on academic achievement, extracurricular involvement, equestrian participation and characteristics that portray good sportsmanship and a role model.

Students must be a college sophomore, junior or senior and have been involved with American Hackney Horses or Ponies. Selection is based on academic success, financial need, community service and extracurricular activities.

Applicants must participate in the College Preparatory Invitational and be students in grades 8 through 12. Selection is based on the style, grammar, spelling and creativity of a personal essay.
