Applicants must be female high school seniors and participate in a sport that is organized, recreational or intramural. Selection is based on a 250-word essay describing the passion for the sport that is played and how that sport or your participation is unique.

Applicant must be an active member of a university team.

Applicant must be a graduating senior of Eastmont High School who has been accepted at an accredited educational program in the United States. Applicant must have participated in a varsity sport for a minimum of two years. Minimum GPA between 2.8 and 3.5, personal statement, and letters of recommendation required.
