Applicant must be a National Merit semifinalist.

Applicant must be enrolled in a Kentucky college or university and be at least a sophomore at the time of application. Principles of Accounting must have been completed by applicant.

Applicant must be a member of the Boy Scouts, and under the age of 19 in the year of application. Application, patriotic theme, and four generation ancestor chart are required to be submitted. All inquiries and applications must be submitted to local SAR chapters or to your state Chairman.

Applicant must be a student of the college.

Applicant must demonstrate dramatic talent by audition and intend to participate in college drama activities.

Applicant must demonstrate musical talent by audition and show intent to participate in college music activities.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.25 GPA.

Applicant must be a student at the college.

Applicant must be a full or part-time undergraduate or graduate student pursuing initial teacher certification in early elementary, middle, or high school mathematics or science education.

Applicant must have a 3.35 GPA, and a minimum combined SAT score of 1210 (composite ACT score of 27). Applicant must have completed the Kentucky Governor's Scholars Program or Governor's School for the Arts, be a resident of Kentucky, and be a Kentucky high school senior.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.75 GPA and a minimum combined SAT score of 1410 (composite ACT score of 32).

Applicant must have a minimum 3.75 highschool GPA, a minimum combined SAT score of 1090 (ACT score of 24), and be a Kentucky resident.

Applicant must be an African-American high school senior and be a Kentucky resident. Selection based upon academic merit.
