Applicant must be a student over the age of 16 who is planning on attending a previously unattended college or university. Scholarships are awarded through random drawing. Award must be used within five years of winning.

Students will be automatically considered for award using application for admission to the university. Strong GPA, class rank, and ACT scores will be considered.

Scholarship is awarded on an automatic grid system using a student's high school class rank and ACT score. Minimum ACT score of 24 and high school rank in the top 30% of class are required.
