Applicant's major must be in the science field

Applicant must be interested in the treatment of brain disorders.

Applicant must have an excellent academic record and outstanding standardized test scores

Applicant must demonstrate athletic ability

Applicant must display ability in performing arts

Applicant must show strong leadership qualities

Applicant must be a transfer student from an accredited university

First-year applicant must rank in top three-fourths of class and continuing studies applicant must have completes 24 hours in the previous academic year. Applicant must complete the FAFSA application by June 30th.

If applicant is a sophomore, junior, or senior, he or she must have passed all three parts of the PRAXIS I exam. If applicant is a freshman, he or she must rank in the top four-tenths of class.

Applicant must rank in top fifth of class and must complete the application provided by his or her guidance counselor. Applicant must be a resident of South Carolina and must have graduated from a South Carolina high school. Applicant may not received a Palmetto Scholarship along with a LIFE or HOPE...

Applicant must rank in the top three-tenths of class and be a resident and high school graduate of South Carolina. Applicant is not eligible for both the SC LIFE and SC HOPE scholarships.
