Applicant must be a resident of Orleans County, VT who will attend a licensed nursing assistant program within Vermont. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a resident of Addison, Chittenden, Franklin, Grand Isle, or Lamoille county, VT who is the head of a single-parent family and will attend an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a female resident of Addison, Chittenden, Franklin, Grand Isle, or Lamoille County, VT who will pursue education or training in a science or technology field.
