Applicant must be a dependent of a Columbia Vista Corporation employee or an active member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduate of Cordova High School who will pursue a degree in marine biology.

Applicant must be a graduate of the Vancouver School for Arts and Academics who will pursue an education in the arts.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Camas High School.

Applicant must be a graduate of Stevenson High School.

Applicant must be a Washington resident pursuing an education in agriculture.

Applicant must be a graduate of a Cowlitz County High School.

Applicant must be a high school graduate who was enrolled in an accredited Fire Cadet program in southwest Washington.

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior from Clark County who will pursue a degree in music education or performance at an accredited college or university.

Applicant must be a graduate of Ridgefield of Battle Ground High School or a student attending Clark College or Washington State University pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering.

Applicant must be pursue a nursing degree at Clark College in Vancouver, WA.

Applicant must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and employed a minimum of 10 hours per week while attending school.

Applicant must be an active military or veteran student over the age of 16. Three open-ended, personal, and thought-provoking questions must be answered. Applicants with the most persuasive, compelling, and well-written responses will be considered finalists.
