FRA Non-Member Scholarship Program
Applicant or applicant's sponsor must be an FRA non-member, living, on active duty, reserve, retired, or honorably discharged veteran of the Navy, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard. Applicant must be an FRA non-member, spouse, dependent biological/step/adoptive child, or biological/step/adoptive grandchild of the FRA non-member. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, registered as a full-time student in an accredited college located in the United States.
