Applicant must meet one of the following criteria: be an incoming sophomore, junior, or senior who participated in CAMP (College Assistance Migrant Program) during their freshman year at a participating CSU or community college, be a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior who participated in the Migrant Education program at a Ventura County high school, be an incoming graduate student who participated in CAMP or the Migrant Education Program.
