Applicant must be a full-time student with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Applicant must have financial need. Preference is given to applicants from rural high schools, particularly Montrose County, CO, or other West-Central Colorado locations.

Applicant must be a female student enrolled in at least 12 credits each semester in the School of Technology/Unified Technical Education Campus, working toward an associate degree, demonstrate financial need, and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.

Applicant must be active in the choral program and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA and complete at least 12 credits per semester.

Applicant must be enrolled in a Colorado university, college, community college or junior college who is in good academic standing. Sponsor is looking for an applicant who exemplifies their spirit, combining creativity, intelligence, drive, and responsibility.

Applicant must be graduating from a Colorado District 51 high school, have a minimum 3.5 GPA, and be enrolled for at least 12 credit hours per semester.

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, a member of Phi Theta Kappa at previous accredited two-year institution, and have a minimum 3.5 GPA with 30 credit hours completed.
