Applicant must be a high school student participating in the Oklahoma Music Olympics.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Truman High School who participated in music-related activities and will attend an accredited post-secondary institution.

Applicant must perform medium- to difficult-level band music in audition.

Applicant must be either Dominican-born or of Dominican descent, with both exceptional talent and a passion for a career in music.

Applicant must be a full-time student and must audition or have a portfolio.

Applicant must participate in Fine Arts Scholarship Day on campus and audition or submit portfolio.

Applicant must demonstrate talent in art, dance, music, or theatre.

Applicant must have outstanding artistic talent. An on-campus audition is required.

Applicant must be a Washington resident who a senior in high school and is the child, grandchild, or great grandchild of a veteran.

Applicant must be a first-time freshman who is accepted for admission. Application and audition with music faculty during Presidential or Dean's weekends and be accepted for admission by the deadline date.

Applicant must plan to major in music, music education, music business, or jazz studies. Selection is based upon academic credentials. Audition is required.

Applicant must demonstrate a high level of accomplishment in art and design, dance, vocal or instrumental music, or theater. Selection is based upon portfolio submission.

Applicant must be enrolled in Concert Choir or Pep Band.
