Applicant must have a contract for specific Performing Arts program including coursework, and maintain a 2.5 GPA.

Applicant must be from the city of San Buenaventura or Ojai and have attended a Ventura or Ojai area high school or college. Interest and involvement in music in recommendation letters and essay must be shown.

Applicant must have significant promise in theatre. Auditions are required for eligibility.

Applicant does not need to be a music major to receive award. Audition is required.

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior residing in the Elberfeld, Indiana area who plans to attend a public college or university in Indiana and demonstrates an aptitude in music or art.

Applicants must be first-time freshmen at Waynesburg University with a 3.0 grade point average in high school. Students must participate in the university's art, music or theatre programs.

Applicant must intend to make music a central part of their life and submit an audio cassette. Applicant should send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with request for competition announcement or visit sponsor's website for more information. Live audition required.

Applicant must audition on Fine Arts audition days.

Applicant must be nominated by the music department faculty.

Applicant must demonstrate exceptional talent in art, ballet and modern dance, music, or theatre.

Applicant must have outstanding performance ability in art, forensics, music, theatre, or dance.

Applicant must plan to participate in musical activities and groups. Audition or taped performance required.

Applicant must be a music student. Selection is based upon departmental recommendation.
