Applicant must not have completed his or her first year of graduate school and the fifth year of a five-year baccalaureate/master's degree is applicable. Applicant must demonstrate financial need and submit a FAFSA application.

Applicant must be a Violin or Viola major with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Applicant must be from the city of San Buenaventura or Ojai and have attended a Ventura or Ojai area high school or college. Interest and involvement in music in recommendation letters and essay must be shown.

Applicant must major in music with an emphasis on classical music. Personal statement required.

Applicant must be pursuing a degree in accounting, music, performing arts, or sales (computer, software) operations at a four-year public college or university. FAFSA and essay required.

Applicant must be an active member of a Baptist church in Evansville, Indiana who will pursue education or development of music skills consistent with Christian principles and lifestyle for the furtherance of church music.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from New Castle High School who participated in extracurricular activities such as band, choir, or orchestra and will study music at a college or university. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Chelan or Douglas County high school who plans to major in music as a full-time student. Personal interviews required. Award is payed over four years.

Applicant must be a graduate of a Johnson County high school who resides in Johnson County and will major in music or theatre full-time at a two- or four-year college or university. Minimum 2.75 GPA required.

Applicant must be a high school senior or graduate of a Coastal Bend high school pursuing a liberal arts degree with a major in history, political science, music, or education at one of the following schools: Coastal Bend College, Del Mar College, Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi, or Texas A&M...

Applicant must be a full-time incoming freshman who is the recipient of the Otto Kahn Award in Music and who demonstrates exceptional musical talent. Student should have a declared major in music or music education.

Applicant must be a pianist who resides, studies, or was born in California, Oregon, or Washington State.

Selection is based upon audition.
