Applicant must be a Preston County, WV high school graduate who is regularly enrolled as an undergraduate student in a college or university, pursuing a course of study listed in order of consideration: music education, instrumental, or choral/vocal.

Selection based upon commitment to music, proven talent, and positive outlook, prior academic performance, and community and/or extracurricular involvement.
