Applicant must be a graduating senior from Adams Central High School.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Milton Union High School who will pursue a degree in government or law.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Norwayne High School who attended Burbank or Sterling Elementary and will pursue post-secondary studies in education or political science.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from William Chrisman High School who will study business, history or political science at an accredited post-secondary institution.

Applicant must be an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in the political science department with an interest in state and local politics.

Applicant must have between 49 and 50 credits (or 12 to 40 competencies) with a minimum of four political courses.
