Applicant must be a high school senior, college freshmen, or college sophomore in the U.S. or Canada and enrolled in a visual arts program. Portfolio, personal statement, letter of recommendation, and copy of a transcript required.

Applicants must be current students at an accredited college or university, take at least six credit hours and be enrolled in a bachelor's of fine art, bachelor's of studio art, master's of fine art or bachelor's or master's in music program. Art students must major in painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, photography...

Applicant must be a full-time student in the Sch of Art and have a minimum 3.0 GPA and an outstanding portfolio.

Applicant must be a graduate from a Henderson County high school who plans to continue their education and study art or writing. Financial need is required.

Applicant must be a senior who has a minimum 3.0 GPA and who has demonstrated the finest qualities of leadership through participation in campus organizations and has rendered service of significant benefit to the campus community.

Applicant must demonstrate a high level of competence as a sculptor.

Applicant must have demonstrated need for financial aid and be in good academic standing. Preference will be given to an applicant from Connecticut and then to another non-Virginia applicant. Applicant must have declared major.

Applicant must be an undergraduate or graduate student pursuing education in the areas of fine arts or performing arts. Preference will be given to graduates from Lorain County high schools. FAFSA and Student Aid Report are required. Award amount is determined by committee.
