HPFY Disability Scholarship
Applicants must be a current high school senior or college student in the United States. Students must have a documented disability. Applicants will submit a 500-word essay describing personal trials and triumphs in life related to their disability and how that has made them who they are today. Applications are submitted via email and must include: name, address, phone, date of birth, transcript, documentation of disability, supporting documents or letters of recommendations from teachers, mentors or advisers, and the essay.
