Applicant must be a resident of Bay County, MI who is a full-time student at a college or university in Michigan. Minimum 3.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a Bay County, MI resident who will attend an accredited college or university in Michigan full-time. Financial need and minimum 3.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a Bay County, MI resident who will attend a Michigan college or university full-time and is a family member or member of the Michigan Educational Support Personnel Association (MESPA) or Michigan Education Association (MEA). Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Bay City Western High School who has been accepted at a college or university in Michigan.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Bay County, MI who will attend a post-secondary institution in Michigan full-time. Financial need and minimum 2.75 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduate of Bay City Central High School attending any post-secondary institution in Michigan. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Garber High School who will attend a college or university in Michigan. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduate of Bay City Central or John Glenn High School who will attend a public college or university in Michigan full-time.
