Applicant must be currently enrolled at Glenville State College and must be a member of the football team

Applicant must be in need of financial aid and in good academic standing. Preference is given to applicant from Braxton, Calhoun, Clay, Gilmer, Lewis, Nicholas, Ritchie, Roane, Webster and Wirt counties. Applicant must be a resident of West Virginia.
