Applicant must show academic excellence and promise and have a strong character. Applicant must have an interview.

Applicant must be preparing for full-time ministry

Preference goes to Christian education and religion majors.

Applicant must be planning on entering a full-time church vocation

Applicant must be in need of financial aid and preference will be give to applicant who is majoring in psychology

Applicant must be a child of a law enforcement personnel, firefighter, or corrections officer/prison guard who has been permanently disabled or killed in the line of duy.

Applicant must be a resident of Georgia who is enrolled in a certificate or diploma program at an eligible public college, university, or public technical college. GPA is not considered.

Applicant must be a member of the Georgia National Guard and U.S. Military Reservists who served in combat zones or the child/spouse of such members.

Applicant must be a resident of Georgia who is attending a private college. Award amount may be subject to change.

Applicant must be the dependent child of a Georgia Public Safety Officer who is permanently disabled or was killed in the line of duty.

Applicant must be an incoming full-time freshman student with a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 900 (minimum composite ACT score of 19). Applicant must also have either a class rank in the top 50% or a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
