Applicant must be a graduate of a Ross or Scioto County, Ohio, secondary school, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and demonstrate financial need.

Applicant must be a senior at East High School, have received two sports letters, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.8 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and reside in Scioto County, Ohio, or Greenup or Lewis County, Ky. Preference is given to applicants from single-parent homes.
