Applicant must be a new entering student (fall term entry only) who has been accepted as a full-time student. Applicant must plan to major in one of the following disciplines: biology, biochemistry, environmental science, forensic science, or marine science (biology or chemistry).

Applicant must be a transfer student who possesses an associate's degree and who are majoring in a science field.

Applicant must be a woman majoring in biology, mathematics, or information technology (computer science specialty). Applicant must have a record of high academic achievement and an interest in teaching or research in math or science.

Applicant must be a graduate or undergraduate student enrolled at California State University Dominguez Hills pursuing a degree in the biomedical sciences.

Applicant must be a Massachusetts resident with a minimum of 30 completed credits. Applicant must be majoring in chemistry, mathematics/computer science, physics, anthropology, psychology, or biology. Financial need required.

Applicants must be new, full-time freshmen students who have a declared major of biology, biochemistry, chemistry, computer science, environmental science, math, neuroscience or physics. Students must meet the minimum requirements for the Presidential Scholarship to qualify for the Math and Science award.

Applicants must enrolled in an accredited college or university for the upcoming year. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 and plan to pursue education in engineering, physics, medicine, biology or natural or applied sciences.

Applicants must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in an environmental-related field including chemistry, chemical engineering, biology and environmental studies. Students must include a letter of intent describing their career path along with their other application materials.

Fellowship is given to foster interest in lupus erythematosus in the areas of basic, clinical, or psychological research under the supervision of an established investigator.

Applicant must complete essay and interview if selected. Selection is based upon SAT Reasoning or ACT scores, GPA, and high school curriculum.

Applicant must be an incoming freshman student with a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1200 (minimum composite ACT score of 27) who is majoring in biology.

Applicant must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. Preference is given to applicants majoring in biology, chemistry, or other science.

Selection is based upon GPA and contributions to the department, campus, and outside organizations.
