Applicant must be a senior who has a minimum 3.0 GPA and who has demonstrated the finest qualities of leadership through participation in campus organizations and has rendered service of significant benefit to the campus community.

Applicant must be enrolled in a school of Dentistry, Dental Hygiene or Dental Assisting. Two letters of recommendation required.

Applicant must be enrolled or accepted at an accredited college or university, demonstrate academic qualifications and financial need, and be a U.S. resident.

Applicant must be high school senior or college student pursuing a dental assistant program within the United States at a recognized educational institution. Minimum 3.0 GPA and essay required

Applicants must be currently enrolled or accepted to a medical, dental or nursing school. Students must be legal residents of and currently residing in the U.S. Applicants must submit a video and student survey as part of the application process.
