Applicant must be in interested in history and world civilization

Applicant must be a graduating senior from William Chrisman High School who will study business, history or political science at an accredited post-secondary institution.

Applicants must be incoming freshmen or current students at Samford University. Students must be majoring in history.

Applicant must be a junior or senior college student at the time of the award who is majoring in politics or history. Applicants with a minimum 2.5 GPA are encouraged to apply.

Applicant must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student who is a United States citizen or permanent resident (preferably) of Polish heritage.

Applicant must be enrolled at the University of Missouri at Columbia.

Applicant must be an incoming freshman who has demonstrated leadership abilities and has the intent to major in the arts or humanities.

Selection is based upon financial need.

Applicant must demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, and character.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.33 GPA and must have completed a minimum of six credits in ancient history, Greek, or Latin. Selection may be based upon essay submission.

Applicant must demonstrate academic achievement, broad intellectual interest, and service to the school and the community.
