Applicant must be a graduate of a Bartholomew or Jackson County high school who is entering the Indiana University Medical School as freshmen or is an upperclassmen. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Franklin Community High School planning to enroll full-time in a field of medicine at an accredited college or university.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Wisconsin Dells High School who will pursue a career in a medical field.

Applicants must be high school seniors or currently enrolled at a four-year college or university. A minimum 3.0 GPA or higher is required. Students must be pursuing a degree in medicine, education, business or law.

Applicant must be a Blackford County resident studying elementary or secondary education or a course of study in a medical field.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Henry County high school who will attend a four-year college or university to pursue a bachelor's degree in a medical field.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from San Dieguito Union High School district who will pursue a career in counseling, medicine, nursing, psychology or special education. Minimum 2.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Bay City Central High School entering a medically related curriculum at a post-secondary institution.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Wooster High School who will pursue post-secondary education in the field of medicine.
