Applicants must be accepted into the nursing program at Northern Arizona University. Students must be enrolled full-time and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Preference is given to high school graduates from northern Arizona.

Applicant must demonstrate financial need. Junior applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA. Senior applicant must have a minimum 3.25 GPA. Graduate applicant must have a minimum 3.75 GPA.

Applicant must be a resident of West Virginia, preference will be given to Jackson County residents. Applicant must be planning to major in the fields of library science, nursing, or para-professional training in the legal field. Minimum 2.5 GPA and composite ACT score of 20 required.

Applicant must rank in the top two-fifths of class and have a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1000.
