Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Henderson County public high school who plans to major in elementary education. Preference will be given to applicants who attended Dana Elementary School.

They must have one of the following undergraduate majors: agronomy, crop science, general agriculture, agricultural communications, education, journalism, extension, public relations, business management, economics, sales and marketing, engineering, mechanization, agriculture power...

Applicant must be a Blackford High School student who plans to pursue a four-year degree in elementary education.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Mt. Vernon High School who is pursuing a degree in elementary education at an accredited college or university. Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident of Hendricks County majoring in elementary or special education.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from New Castle High School who will attend an accredited four-year college or university. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior from Southridge High School pursuing a degree in elementary education.

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior who is a Kalamazoo County resident or currently attending a Kalamazoo County High School and planning to pursue an elementary education degree. Leadership and academic achievement are required.

Applicant must be nominated by the Lock Endowment Committee and demonstrate excellence in the study of history/social studies, or elementary education at an East Texas college or university.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Perry Central High School planning to pursue a degree in elementary education.

Applicant must be a resident of Phelps County, NE who graduate from a Phelps County, NE high school and is pursuing a degree in elementary education full-time. Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from St. Mary's High School who will major in education, nursing or theology.

Applicant must be a resident of Portage County who is enrolled in a child care or early childhood education program.
