Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Johnson County high school who will pursue a four-year full-time program in music or music education. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior of Wenatchee High School who is seeking further education in instrumental or vocal music.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Troy High School who will pursue a major in music at a four-year college or university.

Applicant must be from the city of Ojai or Ventura. Applicant must submit three letters of recommendations, with two addressing applicant's musical qualifications.

Applicant must be a Mendocino County public high school senior who plans to attend a four-year college or university to pursue a career in music. Selection based upon commitment to music, proven talent, and positive outlook, prior academic performance, and community and/or extracurricular involvement.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Moore High School who participated in band or choir.

Applicant must be a graduating Pinellas County Public High School student who has participated in jazz during their senior year and wishes to further their studies in jazz. Recorded audition, band director's recommendation, and a 100 word essay on the following topic required: 'What Jazz means in my life'.

Applicants must be full-time students obtaining their bachelor's degree in a music-related field (with preference given to voice or choral concentrations) and be sponsored by a chorus of the Associated Male Choruses of America. Applicants must submit references and a personal letter.

Applicant must attend a Massachusetts high school and submit a letter of endorsement from the president of the sponsoring GFWC of Massachusetts club in the community of legal residence, recommendation from music teacher or high school principal, and high school transcript. Audition and SASE required.

Applicant must be from the city of San Buenaventura or Ojai and have attended a Ventura or Ojai area high school or college. Interest and involvement in music in recommendation letters and essay must be shown.

Applicant must be a resident of Bartholomew County who will study music at an accredited post-secondary educational institution.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from San Dieguito Academy who will be studying the arts, music or dance at a college or university. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a Preston County, WV high school graduate who is regularly enrolled as an undergraduate student in a college or university, pursuing a course of study listed in order of consideration: music education, instrumental, or choral/vocal.
