Applicant must be a high school graduate or equivalent with a minimum 2.0 GPA, and must be a resident of northern California or be attending a school in northern California.

Applicant must be an Adams State golf team member.

Applicant must be a Native American scholar-athlete who graduated from a New Mexico High School, and will attend a community college or four-year non-profit or public educational institute full time. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.

Applicant must be a high school senior varsity athlete who has attended Duluth Central High School for a minimum of two years. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a female graduating high school senior who is a Kalamazoo County resident or is currently attending a Kalamazoo County high school or high school that participates in the Greater Kalamazoo High School Women's Golf Tournament. Applicant must be a graduating senior from Laurel Highlands Senior High School who is a member of the golf team. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Stevens Point Area High School or Pacelli Senior High who is a member of the golf team with plans to attend a four-year college, university, or technical college.

Applicant must be legal U.S. resident who is a female high school senior that has played golf in high school and will continue to play at an accredited college/university in the United States. Minium 3.2 GPA, official transcript, and three letters of recommendation required.

Applicants must be between 7 and 17 years of age and have an interest in playing golf or be currently involved in golf. Students must reside within one of the LPGA T&CP Midwest Section States. Selection is based on the personal essay and letters of recommendation.
