Applicant must be high school seniors preparing to enter a four-year college in the upcoming fall semester. Students must be involved in high school, intramural, or community-based sports and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Students are required to submit two essays and one recommendation as part of the application.

Applicant must demonstrate talent and ability in sports

Applicant must be a high-achieving high school senior athlete. Minimum 3.0 GPA required. Applicants must be able to show leadership withing school and community.

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior who resides on the island of Maui and is an active participant in soccer and/or surfing.

Applicant must be a high school senior varsity athlete who has attended Duluth Central High School for a minimum of two years. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a student athlete who demonstrates athletic talent and skill.

Applicant must be an entering freshman from a Springfield high school who participated in varsity soccer.

Applicant must be an athlete playing one of the following sports: basketball, baseball, football, tennis, softball, soccer, volleyball, golf, or cheerleading. Applicant must contact athletic coach.

Applicant must be a Ukiah High School senior who plans to attend a vocational school, community college, or four-year college/university. Selection based upon sense of humor and love of family, for their participation in organized sports throughout high school, and for prior academic performance. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and current high school junior who is a participant in a sport sponsored by a school or local club. Minimum 2.5 GPA, one testimonial from a school administrator, and one testimonial from a coach required.
