Applicant must be an athlete who has been accepted for admission to the university. Videotape/DVD or tryout in person is required.

Applicant must be an athlete playing one of the following sports: basketball, baseball, football, tennis, softball, soccer, volleyball, golf, or cheerleading. Applicant must contact athletic coach.

Applicant must be a student athlete who demonstrates athletic talent and skill.

Appliacnt must be involved in one of the following men's and women's sports: basketball, soccer, and track/cross country, men's sports: baseball and golf, or women's sports: softball and volleyball.

Applicant must be high school seniors preparing to enter a four-year college in the upcoming fall semester. Students must be involved in high school, intramural, or community-based sports and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Students are required to submit two essays and one recommendation as part of the application.

Applicants must have played on a Dizzy Dean Baseball/Softball program for four years. Students must also be graduating seniors and be able to provide a high school transcript, copy of diploma and a copy of parent/guardian prior years' federal income tax form.
