Applicant must be a high school senior varsity athlete who has attended Duluth Central High School for a minimum of two years. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be an athlete playing one of the following sports: basketball, baseball, football, tennis, softball, soccer, volleyball, golf, or cheerleading. Applicant must contact athletic coach.

Applicant must be a student athlete who demonstrates athletic talent and skill.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from South Decatur High School who participated in softball or volleyball and will attend Marian University.

Appliacnt must be involved in one of the following men's and women's sports: basketball, soccer, and track/cross country, men's sports: baseball and golf, or women's sports: softball and volleyball.

Applicant must be a high school senior, college freshman, or college sophomore athlete. Essay between 500 and 1,000 words required on the following topic: Identify a piece of gear or equipment currently used in a sport and describe how to improve it and why.

Applicant must demonstrate talent and skills in the areas of women's basketball, golf, soccer, softball, track/cross-country, or volleyball, or men's baseball, basketball, golf, soccer, track/cross-country, or volleyball. Selection is based upon discretion of each athletic coach.

Applicant must play varsity volleyball. Tryout with coaches is required.

Applicant must be a Ukiah High School senior who plans to attend a vocational school, community college, or four-year college/university. Selection based upon sense of humor and love of family, for their participation in organized sports throughout high school, and for prior academic performance. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a high school senior or college student who is a current or former athlete. Essay between 400 and 500 words required on this topic: 'Describe how the lessons you have learned through playing sports have positively impacted you as you pursue your college education.'
